Prevention 1st Foundation Sponsors a Home Fire Drill Poster Exhibition

We are now holding a call for posters for the next Home Fire Drill Poster Exhibition, which will be displayed around the Daylight Saving Time change in Spring 2009. City Hall, Rochester International Airport, Marketplace Mall, the Mall at Greece Ridge, Rochester Museum and Science Center, Canandaigua National Bank branches and Rundel Library have committed to displaying posters.

The Memorial Art Gallery of the University of Rochester will host a drop-in program on Sunday, November 2 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Both children and adults are invited to stop by and make posters. Materials will be provided. A local artist, and a teacher from the Rochester City School District,  and a firefighter will be on hand to provide guidance in the creation of posters. All posters will be displayed at the locations above.
