Prevention 1st Home Fire Drill Poster Exhibition and Contest
Each fall Prevention 1st issues a call for posters for the next Home Fire Drill Poster Exhibition, which will be displayed around the Daylight Saving Time change the following spring. All participating artists receive a certificate of appreciation signed by the Mayor, County Executive, and Prevention 1st President.
In 2011, we added to the exhibition a Poster Contest with prizes for young artists, including a visit to a firehouse for first-place winners.
